      Family owned company that is aggressively looking to grow. Wonderful senior executives who care deeply about their employees.

      Still a small business. Not a lot of opportunity to move around within divisions.

      Competive pay, clear standard operating procedures.

      Cons

      Constant employee turnover resulting in perpetual staff shortages. Best talent won't stay long. Bad management. Some employees expected to work unlimited hours to manage workload, while other employees and some managers are given workloads that can be completed in 40 hours per week.

      Pros

      Hours are stable and predictable. Vacation time is provided in a lump sum at your anniversary date.

      Cons

      No match between job title and job duties. No annual raises or promotional opportunities. No interim leadership when there are vacancies at that level. No PTO (Vacation or Sick) for the first year of employment. No regular annual reviews. No culture outside of emails. Recruiters are misleading about PTO and opportunities.
