      Fair benefits, indoor work, not much more to add as Pros.

      Cons

      Lowest pay at Fort Bragg, NC for the job. NO percentage pay increases. High turn over of employees. No route to progress career. Management does not stick up for employees.

      The work itself was great. It was a fast-paced environment . The teams are very collaborative. The work is actually pretty fun.

      Cons

      Management was the cause of most issues. Management would throw its employees under the bus, overwork them and not take their technical expertise into consideration.
