      Very well organize working Company with friendly Management Staff.

      Pros

      There are some really great people working there.

      Cons

      Morale is horrible in general. Staff in Reston, especially women, continually voice concerns about leadership (from mid-level all the way to the top) but nothing ever gets done.

      Pros

      Mid-sized company that is reinvesting into its infrastructure and leadership to grow organically and through acquisition. Good corporate citizen within the local community and very supportive of military veterans

      Cons

      Although very successful, no longer a small business eligible for small business set-aside so always competing against the large companies
