      Pros

      No Pros. if this company wins your contract, you should start looking for another job ASAP. get ready for a 50% pay cut and twice as much work. This a low-under bidding company that receives government contracts. they underbid the contract and under pay you.

      Cons

      The next company that offers me a job, I am leaving, along with at least 10 other co-workers I know of, not a good company, they only care about their numbers, not employees.

      Pros

      So far I had only one assignment for year 2016 but the response and communication is great. It may take awhile for cases to be assigned from EOIR to this company before I am contacted but I have to be patient.

      Cons

      None as far as I know. I noticed though that when I was contacted last year to consider working as a contracting interpreter it took a long time for all the papers to be approved due to a miscommunication between Lionbridge and SOSi. But things were resolved finally.
