      Pros

      Room for growth and new career opportunities. Mid-size company with ambitious and lofty goals - but the culture and feel of a smaller company. Its an exciting and fun place to work.

      Lack of communication from senior leadership.

      Pros

      Can't really speak to any. Everything seemed to be in a state of flux all the time. Too bad really it could be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Revolving door - people being axed unfairly. Turmoil, transition, upheaval all over the place. Julian needs to get a handle on it.

      Pros

      None, except that the job is in Europe, but not enough money to travel because the company bid so low to just win the contract "at all cost". That is, without regard to the employees on the contract.

      Cons

      Everything. Poor management from the PM to the CEO. Out of touch with reality. Management doesn't care about their employees.
