      Pros

      Hands-off management, willingness to find employees new opportunities and to assist them as much as possible

      Cons

      Many of the deployed employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, but also very old school in a sink-or-swim type way

      Nothing positive as far as I remember

      They make you sign a contract by which they can let you go whenever they want, meanwhile you can only leave if they want you to. Also, they'll let you go and not even give you any notice, they will just call you and ask you not to go back to work the same day. They are suppossed to pay biweekly but you will be paid monthly. THEY DON'T PAY OVERTIME hours and you will work overtime for sure. They'll send you to work away from home and will not provide transportation unless you are part of their team of usual employees. They don't pay for your taxes. Overall it was a awful experience and I don't recommend this company to anybody.

      A job is better than no job at all so being employed is a "pro". Nothing good to say in this column.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication, compensation is horrible, project was poorly bid therefore the constraints are ridiculous.
