      Pros

      Good place to begin career with publicly traded company . Great co-coworkers. Awesome office with 360 city views and location.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are not competitive. Software is extremely dated. No discounted or free parking for corporate employees (come on! as a parking company this should be a basic perk). Have to use vacation time on Christmas and New Years Eve. Depending on what department you are in hours can be long.

      -rewards people who go above & beyond their responsibilities and schedules.

      Cons

      People can burn out due to the fast paced, nose to the grindstone work demands. Be mindful & have emergency coverage plan. Employee succession depends on education, years demonstrated experience and progress reports. Senior Management support varies from full time volunteer mentorship to quaterly 1:1 meetings.

      Great opportunity to further develop leadership skills with a focus on client relationships and team building.

      Cons

      Upper management focused on themselves rather than working to develop others in an effort to ensure the future of the business is in good hands. Management resorted to rehiring previous employees who left the company in favor of working with younger individuals and developing/coaching them.
