      Pros

      One of the easiest jobs I've ever had in my life. You don't need a high school diploma!

      Cons

      With the Pros comment, its easy to say that the people are not professional. Workers and managers are very childish and also shows favoritism which makes working at any company difficult. Its a different class of people. This is a contract with the City of Charlotte so workers from this department gives the final say. Again, those guys are not very smart either.

      No outbound calls, stayed busy without being overwhelmed, enjoyed the team I worked with.

      Cons

      60 minute lunch break. Would prefer 45 minutes.
