      Get paid a good amount for doing hardly anything. No experience required.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible hours. Starting pay isn't minimum wage.

      Cons

      No movement in hierarchy. I've been here over a year without even as much as an employee review. They are stingy with giving full-time or benefits. Schedules don't come out until Sunday the week of. Understaffed. Management isn't checked for competency ever. The company is willing to sacrifice the good/welfare of its employees for the employer.
