You might as well train yourself at Glendale (The Americana at Brand).
Pros
Great team- cashiers, valet runners, front desk. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming when starting out. Supervisors are understanding about mistakes.
Cons
Terrible communication between supervisors ( which trickles down to workers directly below them) , lack of communication between concierge and stores in the Americana. From day one, I was only told when to show up. I never got proper training and direction. I was trained by a cashier who worked at this location for years but was never trained- so I'm learning her tricks. Supervisors will tell you different things/ protocol/ methods and you're left scrambling. I have spent most of my time here teaching myself and asking workers a lot of questions to learn. Worst of all, I don't see action when asking the supervisors for help in fixing issues that cause customers to be angry at us.
