Pros

Some friendly people Convenient location Travel opportunities

Cons

Poor salary and benefits Most "mean girl" environment possible Lack of respect from management You will be disappointed...a lot Management is a mix of nice people who avoid making hard decisions and people who treat you like you're nothing. No formal training The entire company is rampant with special treatment and nepotism. Want to bring this to HR? Don't, because they also run financials and are also an example of nepotism.

SPARGO, Inc. has been a family owned company since the seventies. We are proud our employees feel supportive and confident enough in our efforts to refer their friends and family members to join our Team. We actively encourage this with our amazing Employee Referral program, which incentivises the action with gift cards, bonuses and raffles for the participants.

Pros

The only pro is traveling

Cons

Long hours they expect you to just keep working, no work life balance what so ever Unorganized, unstructured Old school management, need something NEW someone who has leadership experience High turnover Bathrooms smell awful Colleagues cursing all the time and stressed out causing you to stress You are basically dumped into the position to figure out everything yourself, then when sales are not being met you get the look of "why aren't you doing more" High expectations & VERY stressful environment

SPARGO, Inc. encourages everyone to maintain their work life balance with a standard 37.5 hour full time work week, paid holidays (at least nine in 2020), ample vacation, sick leave and comp time opportunities. In addition, most departments offer flexible schedules, outside the core business hours of 8:30-5PM; either regularly or when something comes up.

Thank you so much for the review and feedback! At this time, work from home is limited to one to two days a week, depending upon the department. We recognize this as a desired benefit for many employees and are making steps to review how to best implement adjustments on either a department or company level in the future. Change is inevitable, but it takes time and the rollout is not likely to happen quickly. Thank you again, Talent Acquisition Management @SPARGO
