An ok place to work if you are fresh of college and want to learn some bad corporate culture so that you would avoid it in the future.
Cons
bad corporate culture, no clear vision and goal, disorganized management. Employees balkanized into the old and the new crew. The old crew (some of whom have been with the company for decades) want to stick to the old way of doing things however bad it may be. If you are the kind of person who genuinely want to contribute the best of your knowledge and skills to your company, you should run from this place because you would really be disappointed by level of incompetence and lack of professional integrity.
