-Poor Management: Management does not lead by example, if they are not good at anything else, they would be good at delegating with no clear direction. Management is not for their people, instead they are against their people and will throw you out to the wolves. Don't bother going to HR...there is no real HR department, if you go there...your career here is over since they are all in cahoots. They also sit around and gossip about their employees to other employees. -Poor Salary: If you are fresh out of high school and looking for some pocket change, this is the place to be!!! -No room for growth: If you are a behind kisser, this is the place to be. -Poor Structure: Everything about this place is unorganized. They don't care about their people, they rather you risk your life getting here in inclement weather rather than closing the offices. Training...what training? You will sit in customer service for a week to listen to the customer service lead person talk about everyone in the company and about her husband and children. Employee reviews is like going though a torture chamber, so please have complete confidence in yourself. -Poor Business Analytical Skills: -Pure burnout: Management does not have respect for your time, they will ask you to do things one way, then come back and say can you do it another way at least 5 more times on the same project. -Unsanitary: The kitchen and the bathroom is filthy
