Pros

Overtime!! 5 day work week! Time for family! You get to know the friendly people at corporate and the processes that come into play. There is always something to do and you can alwayslearn something new in the industry. Paid vacations and holidays are great, too.

Cons

It may seem daunting and you may feel like you're overworked but everyone is a team player and willing to listen. Keep an open mind when receiving constructive criticism.
