      Pros

      Get to be outside and at different locations doing physical work. Other employees are helpful and show you what you need to do. Rewards hard work and cares about employees. Get weekends off.

      Have to work long hours.

      Pros

      It's a growing company. Pay is not bad but comparable to the work hours it is not worth the great salary.

      Cons

      The company is very unprofessional. They expect you to work 65 hours a week. Seriously! It is challenging to work in a position and not have any training and then someone talking very unprofessional to you. It is challenging when you see the management or owners play favorites. You have to be careful as there can be unwelcome personal advances if you are not careful.
