Just An OK Place To Work

Pros

Full benefits and 401K vested 100% from day one and a culture that believes in a strong work life balance. They believe in it so much they essentially shut down from Christmas Eve through the first week of January.

Cons

Very little room for advancement and they are more likely to hire an outside candidate versus an internal one. Little to no training which falls in line with the lack of consideration for internal candidate. The company become very fat and bloated during the days of $3-$4 gas (a fair amount of their product lines are used in the oil industry) but now that the oil companies are cutting capital expenditures due the decrease in oil prices, SPX Flow is firmly in cost cutting mode with no end in sight.
