Decent corporate backing for capital growth. Decent globalization plans. Strong approach to Lean within the manufacturing site.
Cons
Lack technical depth on products, the engineering team needs more product experience. The company needs a stronger product realization process, this process must include input from where the marketplace is heading and a solid multi year plan on how to meet those needs. The productline is close to being stale. Location was a big drawback to some, Rockford has very little to offer. Emerging pressure from China, and other LCC. Needs a little more marketplace awareness on some products..
