Beginning to make some brave decisions to simplify organisation and structure, and make asset base more efficient. New CEO thoughtful - has good judgement.

Cons

People treated as an expense. Complex organisation structure. Very US centric leadership for an organisation focused heavily in Europe. Some difficult times ahead - heavy dependence on dairy and oil.

Good pay and benefits package. Lots of different facilities around the world. They are a diversified company. Stockholders are number one priority.

Cons

They are not a family oriented company. They are a holding company complete with a board of directors who pretty much are all former attorneys.
