Work life balance, friendly colleagues & understandable managers, free transport facility, free lunch and evening snacks etc

Cons

Compensation is below market standards; There are two main teams are divided in every project namely CAD team and Mechanical team but literally both are doing the same tasks. Even in some projects CAD team people do the most of the design work than Mechanical team but finally credit goes to mechanical team. Same for onsite opportunities also in most of the cases Mechanical team engineers will get chance for onsite visit.

Leadership not in touch with reality and customer concerns Lead time / delivery time would be more accurate by guessing. every order will be late, get used to it. Bonus structure changed to avoid paying any bonusses Large brain drain happening with constant fear or further retrenchments - no job security no support for commercial, design, back office, improvement, delivery. Archaic IT approach with NO support platforms - get ready for loads of Excel sheets Information kept by individuals so if you need anything, better know who to ask rather than company based platforms
