Always challenging and plenty to do. Investing in tools, systems, processes and people. Clear vision and strategy for the future. Starting to walk the talk regarding the right people investment (resources and training).

Cons

Many change programs on the go. Trying to do too much at the same time and while running the normal day to day business.

The company has extensive experience in dairy related industries. Engineers are friendly and welcoming despite the remote nature of onboarding at the moment and the career prospects are excellent.
