      Decent office facilities in Pune

      Cons

      Took 3 rounds of interview, one f2f one. After putting so much efforts and time into it, they don't consider that they owe at least a courtesy mail to candidate or let them know the status of it when asked for.

      Good pay, good team, good work ethics

      Cons

      like a rotating door for employees - cost cutting firm; lost its' direction; management do not really manage, they follow. Not a democracy, but rather a dictatorship. Company has shrunk from a $5 bn / year business to 1.5 bn in less than 7 years.
