Major leadership issues - do not walk the talk of their values and delivering what it takes to achieve long term vision of being a best in class operating company. Lack of investment in operations. Basic simple approvals take too long and have to go to top leadership. Top leadership manages bottom line quarterly to make numbers look good for Wallstreet. Top leaders do not value people creating an environment where their is a lack of trust and confidence. Many people looking or desire opportunity for new job or hanging on until they can retire.
