They do not hold poor performing people accountable for their work, many people will not go above and beyond to get a job done, corporate micromanages its business units, not enough staff which means most groups are over worked, no clear communication as to what the businesses direction is, they don't listen to their employees, communication is poor overall, base level managers have no power when it comes to working with corporate, they want us to see through the customer eyes but we do not have the support and resources to do that despite how many times we tell them what we need.
