All of the OT you could ever hope and dream about because senior management hires department supervisors that couldn’t find their butt with two hands a map and a flashlight!!! The lack of care and respect for the process and personnel responsible for completing the duties assigned are by far undervalued and neglected. With the proper insight and working knowledge of the assigned duties and processes as well as learning the workforce and who works with who as an effective team you could have the department running like a Swiss watch but without taking the time to understand and appreciate what goes into the core and coil assembly of a three phase electrical transformer.

Cons

Human Resources and their henchmen denying employees benefits they’re entitled to in the wake of covid. Punishing those who’ve done the right thing to protect the workforce from covid.

With regards to Covid-19, the current pandemic has brought with it many challenging circumstances for us all. Our goal is that our core organizational values guide each of us in all our actions and decisions, and we are disappointed when we hear that an employee had an experience where the employee feels those values were not demonstrated.
