      There is a big issue with micro management at all levels. You are not fully trusted to do the job you were hired for. Most departments do not encourage free thinking and the typical response to a question is “that’s just how it’s always been”. The culture is the total opposite of warm and fuzzy, except when upper management is around. To succeed here it is best to just keep your head down and do as you’re told.

      Very corporate driven. Uses all the corporate clichés. Writing goals, reviews, sitting in "continuous improvement" meetings. These meetings are all direction from Mgt, no input allowed. If you are Eng. you get three lunches a week furnished as well as separate bonuses. They love to coddle their favorites. Wagging tail dog syndrome.

      Their paychecks deposit on time, that's about it.

      Cons

      It's a slaughterhouse for acquired companies. They don't make things - - they dismantle companies and keep the place going by living off the parts of previously productive companies. A nasty business. Keep your soul and stay away.
