      Pros

      Excellent place to learn how NOT to run a company. Lots of ego at the top and absolutely no empathy. No strategic vision. Totally disconnected from the market and ground realities.

      Cons

      I don't know where to begin. I always had a lot of work to do at SPX, however, there's little that I can add to my resume. Most of the work was pointless and silly.

      Pros

      This company offers good hourly wages. I loved the work building medium power transformers. They also matched your contributions with 401k. I'd recommend

      Cons

      Health insurance was lacking. Shift work was based on seniority preference. I was going to be stuck on night shift indefinitely.
