Pros

Great company with great people...I have been here for 8 years and been able to increase in knowledge, benefits are great and start day one, which is hard to find in companies these days. Pay is decent and the work is consistent I have never seen a slowdown period.

Cons

Raises are hard to get and the bonuses are typically never given. advancement is difficult at best and Seems to be based on likes and dislikes basis.. Interviewing inside the company is almost a joke when management has already made up its mind on the person they like.

Great supervision, good pay, and hours are good without a lot of overtime.

Pros

Ok pay and benefits was able to get time off when needed.

Cons

A lot of older employees that have been there a long time and refuse to change with the times. They all have the "well this is the way it's always been done". Management has no idea what they are doing.
