Not a lot of room for growth unless you're an engineer. Work load can be intense. There was some bullying going on in the office that wasn't taken care of - manages took a very hands off approach to drama.

1- No work/life balance - prepare to never see your family or have time for anything outside of work. When you're not working, the nerve damage keeps you in bed. No time to see your doctor, and even if you need to see a doctor they make you see their company doctor, who is biased. I've seen people break bones at work & management won't let them leave work until the shift is over. 2- Speaking of safety, there is none. They preach about safety all day long but when you work people in 10-12 hour shifts 7 days a week, you can't expect safe practices. People are tired mentally and physically, not to mention the lack of having a personal life kills a person's spirit. You grow old without living and for what? To be laid off unexpectedly. 3- HR is a joke. She has no management skills, actually no skills required in human resources. It's impossible to get anything done. But, her attitude and practices align with the rest of management, solidifying management as the losers from 7th grade. 4- You are expendable. There is no opportunity for growth and nobody cares how much you've dedicated to the company. They make it very known that you're just another number. Their "employee appreciation" meals are a joke & their tone is condescending at best.
