      Good benefits. Good pay. Nice people to work with. No concerns about the union environment.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Leadership lives in a bubble. Erratic strategic direction from corporate. Poor timing and execution on huge expansion to get into large power. Left the company with excess capacity and poor profits. Very unstable. Chaotic. Not a fun place to work.
