      Pros

      Good Pay , Good Benefits, Overall easy place to work once trained.

      Cons

      Supervisors are in my opinion not qualified. They hire out of shop for supervision with no SPX Experience on the floor . Proof of the qualifications were on Wi. Jobnet back in Aug. 2015 .Overtime is mandatory and they do not follow procedure. in my area .to many double standards , one day its ok , next day may be different. The place lost its ethics and the human factor of a company. of course this is only my opinion

      Pros

      Good people to work with and manufacturing is onsite. The company also did a couple of expansions over the years. There are good opportunities to learn in different departments on the manufacturing floor. They also have an engineering development program which is good for recent engineering graduates.

      Cons

      The upper management is constantly changing and presidents seem to only last 1- 2 years. As a result the company priorities are always changing. There are limited opportunities for growth once you are with the company for a few years.
