      Pros

      Generally good companies and in most cases Corp lets the businesses do what is needed Decent benefits once hired Decent 401k opportunity

      Cons

      Corp is transitioning in a new direction that supports its Flow business more than others. Units do not work together much. Could benefit greatly from helping each other out

      It's such a train wreck that there honestly is opportunity for you to do a lot on your own and gain experience that YOU seek out.

      Cons

      Has the stereotypical babyboomer-millenial age gap where there is almost no body between the ages of 28 and 45. The older folks are nice, but too pigeon-holed to leave and are just hanging on for retirement. Advancement within this site is dull and not attractive. Awful benefits for salaried employees. NO sick-days. Just "let your boss know."
