      Pros

      Fast paced work environment. Variety of projects (although, in the end its Packaging design for tool kits for the automotive, ag,recreational markets).

      Cons

      The almighty buck is king even more important than customer satisfaction. Report only on gross revenue (to please share holders). Management must be "yes" people. Each year, no money available for training. Reviews poorly executed and form would continously be changed throughout every calendar year.

      Employees are purely expandable asset. Get rid of people in 2 hrs.

      Pros

      Tasks basis working environment. In fact, task is never ending.

      Cons

      Working for more than 7 years. I get "exceed expectations" grade for almost every year of performance review. Guess how much bonus i get? Average 3-5 days of my salary. Yes, 3-5 days, which is not even quater month salary, compare to average market rate for 1.5 - 2 mths. That is the reward for working so hard, and sacrifice my social life & family time. That is SPX.

      Pros

      Great benefits and 401k. Good vacation time. Average pay. Upper management are understanding. Coworkers are all friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance within. Raises are not very good. Notice some micromanaging from superiors. Seems like there are too many levels of mange,net in certain departments.
