I'm sorry to see you had a disappointing experience at SRF. We seek to pay our staff competitively and provide a positive work experience. We also aim to ensure people feel heard regarding what is working and what isn't. We provide several avenues for employees to provide feedback via check-ins, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and exit interviews. If you have constructive feedback regarding your experience you did not share via one of these avenues or you felt went unanswered, feel free to contact me. – Todd Polum CEO/President

Pros

1. SRF traditions are something to appreciate. They celebrate big wins in style. 2. SRF has a great work - play balance. 3. The projects SRF goes are really challenging. SRF is quite an innovation leader. 4. Company is more transparent than counterparts. 5. Quick adaptation to Covid 19 schedules.

Cons

1. Diversity and inclusion has been an issue for the company. 2. Harsh deadlines can really ruin the quality of submissions. 3. Growth and opportunities can be halted even if you perform well due to several reasons.

Pros

Few. if you are not a principal. New management causing high turnover. Work here if you want to be promoted based upon who you know internally, not what you can do.

Cons

Little internal collaboration. Company does not keep promises. New management cares little about staff. New management not up to the task. Poorest it in the industry.

I’m disappointed to hear that you do not appreciate our new management team, as each of these individuals are highly regarded by their team members, peers, and clients. In addition, the feedback that we have received from staff has been very positive, although we know there will be different opinions and it is difficult to satisfy everyone. I am strongly committed to ensuring that SRF is a great place to work. We’ve worked hard to engage staff and ensure our employees enjoy their work experience. Your opinion and experience is different than most of our employees. Our employee turnover rate is below the average, and we were recognized in 2016 by the Star Tribune as one of the best places to work. This recognition is based on an independent survey of our employees. We also conduct internal engagement surveys and review the results to identify issues and areas for improvement. I invite you to reach out to me so we can have a constructive conversation. Dave Montebello
