      Good People, Old School Culture

      Pros

      SRP does great things for the community and has many caring and dedicated people. They are serious about customer service and customer response and employee safety.

      Cons

      Old school top down culture. Women are not really treated equal and are not represented well at all levels of the organization. Still measuring productivity by chair time instead of work finished or quality of work. Flexibility or work from home days are not yet part of the culture in many places where it could be.

      Decent pay, good work environment, safety is key

      Cons

      Management is a old school, doesn’t matter if your good at your job or perfect for another if you don’t have a relative or friend higher up you don’t stand a chance advancing in the company. They preach how you can advance up or how inclusive they are in reality you just have to know someone
