High pay, great benefits. Big company.

Cons

no work life balance, unclear expectations from management. They want you to be busy but are not interested in making any real progress. They have tons of systems they could use to make things better, but they choose not to change things.

Pros

Salary was ok. Interesting groups. Lots of different divisions. Nothing else was good about the company. No more pros to list.

Cons

They treat their contractors horrifically. Even when a great job being done, when they are done with you, no notice they just end your contract. Happened to several people in a months time. Most times any issues pinned on contractors. FTEs very inept. Incompetent management in IT. They don't have good business acumen and are vindictive. My manager I would honestly say he exhibitrd bipolar behaviors. Chastising for no reason, very negative. He once went through my computer for no reason at all one weekend. Never figured out what that was about.

Great way to learn about the company as a whole as well as much needed experience. Great culture to work for where the employees happiness is always at the top of the mission. Great customer service.

Cons

Salary Structure is the only downside, can easily max out on the technical side.
