      Pros

      The bonus, the benefits, the DTO but most importantly the people. The HR team is amazing and willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need. The whole company is a team of intelligent, hard-working, and genuinely good people. I highly recommend working here as they care greatly about their employees. I have never seen a company care so much about their employees. Make no mistake you will work hard here but enjoy it and feel appreciated.

      Cons

      The cons are the same as any other business. You get busy sometimes and it can get stressful. But what job doesn't have stresses? They have an EAP program though. So, if you need it you can get any help you need. This includes financial advisor, therapy etc.

      Pros

      From the interview process onwards I knew this company was going to be different. There is a very personal touch in how team members are treated. Onboarding is done 1:1 with HR and then again with technology. Introductions are made firm wide, and everyone is pleased to welcome new joiners. Employees are spread out across the country, yet still feels close knit.

      There are none at this time.
