- SRS Acquiom is a small company. It can be hard for a new person to come in and adjust fully (feel fully welcomed without judgment looks) due to the various "clicks" who have been there a long time.
- Diversity: While SRS Acquiom does a good job at empowering women leaders, SRS Acquiom needs to be better at promoting diversity. Executive leadership is not diverse and doesn't seem interested in promoting diversity even from within.
