Fantastic PTO benefits (unlimited) Competing in a market that has been stagnant for a long time Huge growth and very focused on strategic positioning

Cons

Using technology and techniques that are not up to industry standards. Not pushing the technology curve, or setting any type of precedence. They are trying to figure it out, but you have too many stubborn people that have done the same thing for so long that they refuse to adopt newer technology.

Very flexible schedule and vacation policies On the professional services side you interact with top-level lawyers, accountants and VC/corporate clients On the professional services side, the issues are interesting and high-profile

Cons

Company is undergoing a culture shift, and is still deciding if it's a tech company or a professional services company Understaffed, so while the issues are interesting, there's not much of a deep dive Small departments don't leave much room for advancement
