Pros

SRSA is an company with big ideas on disrupting the M&A space. The team here is full of very intelligent, communicative, kind, and transparent professionals. Executive team is very open to feedback. HR is extremely helpful. IT team is always ready to jump in if there’s an issue. Really happy to be here and excited for the future.

Cons

We are disrupting an industry, which requires a lot of critical thinking, strategic planning, and some appetite for risk. The company has lofty goals and expectations, and to achieve this there is no playbook. You gotta be willing to put ideas out there & think critically. This is not a company for someone who wants mindless work

Thank you for your review. SRSA is great place to work because of team members like you. I agree that putting ideas out there is good thing and more than just helpful - they are often acted upon. Also thanks for the HR and IT compliments - we are truly here to help do the right things and be supportive. And, as always, if ever I can be of help let me know. ~ Dennis Stoltenberg, Managing DIrector, HR.

Pros

Lot of Learnings from everyday workload

Cons

Too many: No proper guidelines or SOP for the work procedure. Partial attitude towards employees. Complete support to who are either family/friends to senior management and little to no help for others. No Transparency or proper communication among teammates. You feel lost most of the time and everyone will show they are superb busy to provide any help. Demands for extra hours of work at the cost of your own personal sacrifices and that is never enough to the management. Lot of unnecessary promotions for people who don’t deserve it but have good rapport with their immediate Manager. Others are ignored in all ways possible. Mental breakdown is common even after putting in so much efforts and no appreciation but focusing on the mistakes.

This posting is very disappointing to read. We have been focused on making working here a positive experience for team members and have made some great accomplishments. Two of the aspects that I would like to know more about are communications and favoritism. We conduct surveys and have been seeing very high scores from team members regarding our transparency. I would also like to hear your views about favoritism because we strive for equity in all that we do. I know this is posted confidentially, but if you would reach out to me, I would like to learn more and see what we can do to help. And, having mentioned mental breakdown, if you are experiencing mental stress, please reach out to our EAP or our benefit providers. We do want you to know that we have resources that are there to help. ~Dennis Stoltenberg, Managing Director HR

Thank you for your feedback and I am not sure what you mean by death marches - it would be helpful to know what this so we can concentrate on improving or getting rid of these all together, I am glad that while here you had interesting projects to work on. Dennis Stoltenberg, HR
