      Pros

      Leadership makes sure that our employees and our customers are top priority! They go above and beyond to recognize the hard work and the long hours that go into making SRS the best distribution company in the roofing industry! They also give back to the community and others in need with the Raise the Roof Foundation and encourage employees to give back as well. It's an honor to work with such a fantastic team!!

      Pros

      Unlimited growth potential. A real sense of family, and belonging. Constantly searching for talent from within, and a genuine concern of the opinions of all employees.

      Cons

      Not much can be done better except More effort could be made in advertising at a local level from corporate!
