      Relaxed atmosphere, Corporate environment without red tape. Executives are approachable and want to hear ideas from employees.

      Cons

      Salary is low, Have to use vacation for sick time, Can sometimes be unorganized, Lacking formal policy and procedures.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. All very helpful. Laid back atmosphere and very casual. They really take good care of their entry level trainees. Lots of potential to move up in the company fast if you're willing to relocate. As a territory manager, you get great benefits but you do have to make your sales. Car allowance, gas card, customer expenses, iphone, laptop, base salary and uncapped commission. In sales, you can make a lot of money and have a lot of fun!

      Cons

      Pressure is on to make sales goals. Roofing industry can be seasonal, slows down a lot in winter.
