      Pros

      Growing company, great work atmosphere, good team spirit. The corporate building is modern and a good location. Lots of interesting and innovative projects to work on as the company continues to grow.

      Cons

      Growing so fast sometimes a challenge to keep up with the fast pace. Health Benefits could be improved.

      Pros

      Good company to grow your career if you are willing to work many hours. Relatively fun work environment, good co-workers. CEO is awesome person and leader...COO and other VP's not so much.

      Cons

      Management is never satisfied even if you are a top performer...what have you done for me lately mentality. Huge culture of nepotism and favoritism. If you kiss the right butt, it will definitely help your career.
