      Pros

      Lots of room for growth. I went from $18 an hour to $75k per year after three years on the job.

      Cons

      It's very hard work. Period. If you don't have a rock solid work ethic you'll quickly be cut loose. Medical benefits aren't great.

      Kinda flexible hours. Good learning experience. Good place to build your resume, decent 401K.

      Cons

      Don't have same standards for every employee, shows favortism, no job security, horible health benefits, No future.
