      Learned how to manage a team & all aspects that go into running a successful branch

      Cons

      Not always a con, but a lot of the training is "baptism by fire", there is a lot to juggle but leadership will support you

      Thank you for your review. I know that branch has diverse employees in multiple positions, even two of the four supervisory roles. We have two groups (SRS Women’s Leadership Forum and Latino Forum) dedicated to advancing our employees and we see plans of more learning opportunities once we hire our newest HR Diversity and Inclusion Director.
