      Pros

      Stock plan, good advancement path for those without college degrees, small business feel at branch level, competitive pay.

      Cons

      IN SOME AREAS you will find: lots of favoritism, loyalty for some long-term high-level employees that is downright puzzling, message to attract managers is rooted in autonomy and couldn't be further from the truth, lack of empathy, lack of basic understanding of HR management at times, egotistical managers.

      benefits, Fellow workers, and equipment (when they fix it)

      Cons

      not a family first company like they say! employees dont matter just the sale, they lie constanly to get the sale, They show extreme favoritism to a few employees, Other branches pay their drivers a good wage compared to midland (which we are underpaid.) Long hrs. Expected to do things against policy to get material on the ground.
