Thank you for your review. I know that branch has diverse employees in multiple positions, even two of the four supervisory roles. We have two groups (SRS Women’s Leadership Forum and Latino Forum) dedicated to advancing our employees and we see plans of more learning opportunities once we hire our newest HR Diversity and Inclusion Director.

Pros

The pay can be good but the hours that are asked of you if you're on salary hardly make it worth it.

Cons

Most locations are understaffed leading to overworking of current employees. People in the branch are asked to pick up the slack of salesmen who don't take care of their accounts.

Pros

Some good people work here. Lots of money to be made.

Cons

The culture is all about the good ole boys. If you arent part of the club then moving up or getting anywhere is near impossible. Also forget if you think you will be treated fairly sex or race.
