      Make Money, Have Fun, and Give Back!” is our goal that we strive to live by. Our interview schedules depend on the job opportunity and corporate interview days for Management Trainees will sometimes be scheduled a month or so apart which can make the process seem long. We talk with our Management Trainee candidates about their flexibility to move 2-3 times in the first 5 years to allow for job changes and promotions. The opportunities are greatest for those that can accept this flexibility.

      SRS gives MBA graduates an awesome opportunity to learn directly from the Senior Leadership Team. I was exposed to every aspect of the business in the first 6 months of employment. I would recommend this program to anyone.

      Thank you for your comments. We have been growing at a fast, but steady pace since we started in 2008. This growth has created many jobs but has caused us to overflow our current HQ office space. We just announced that we will be breaking ground on our new corporate office building in McKinney, TX to be completed in 2020. It’s right down the road from where we are today.
