      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, good environment and definitely room to grow. A lot has changed since I started and I can see the company going towards the right direction.

      Cons

      There's some miscommunication between departments which can put someone in a weird position.

We just rolled out a new “Who to Call” list on our Intranet that shines more light on what people do and who is the best person to call depending on the topic. Besides that, we encourage you to ask your supervisor to help you navigate your communication when you need assistance.

      Great people at the field level. Growth oriented. Takes care of producers. Trying to maintain “small organization” culture.

      Highly micro-managed. Process and roles lack structure. Performance metrics need to be standardized and upgraded.
