7yThe company is growing at a fast and steady pace. We just grew again 2 weeks ago! With that growth comes changes that are positive and to help our company function at a faster speed to maintain consistency for everyone. We have streamlined some processes through technology or added approvals, and that might seem like we are “being corporatized”. These improvements are made after much thought and analysis to determine the ease and time constraints of all employees. I’ve seen firsthand how we adapt a technology, service or process with the mindset of each member of the field who will touch it and only if it saves time and money do we move forward.
