Cons of the Corporate Offices- Where do I start? Make money-Nope(unless a TM or Management) Have Fun-Nope- Unless part of the "club" Work Hard-Didn't matter as those that work hard are not rewarded as it was based on if part of the "club" membership. Direct Report Management were condescending and would make racist ethnic jokes about the roofers. Corporate Offices were catty, where they would reprimand an error in front of the whole team. Culture of look out for only yourself and intimidation of team with scare tactics was practiced by Directors. If you are a business professional, you will have to learn to CAPITALIZE in your emails and notes in the system to get "your point" across. If you are a business professional you will need to learn to curse, talk bad about co-workers, throw other co-workers under the bus and scream over cubes.
